In 2003 Boys Town signed an MoU with the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt of India, to provide Inclusive Vocational Skill Training in 12 skills for 100 Adult Deaf Youth with integrated hostel facility. All the Trainees were employed with different Industries in the country.

In 2015 Boys Town in collaboration with U.S. Consulate, Hyderabad, delegated Bro. Thomas the former Director for Community College Administrative Programm at Florida, U.S.A along with 13 delegates from India.
